Front Yard Sitting Gardens are pleasant places to sit and socialize with friends
and neighbors.  They include perennial flowers, vegetables, a sitting bench, and
more. Oakdale Neighbors can help you create one.

Boston Square Area Plan: This is a year-long opportunity to dream about and plan
for our neighborhood.

Tax Credits: In 2009 Oakdale Neighbors completed 136 tax returns for low and
moderate income families last year. This effort generated $ 181,000 in refunds and
credits.

The Money Map: 11 people learned financial management skills and graduated
from The Money Map in May, 2009.

Trees were planted in the neighborhood last year.  These 66 trees--many species
native to Michigan--will cool the neighborhood and reduce it's carbon footprint.
