Hello & Welcome to the Oakdale Neighbors website!

We are a Christian Community Development Organization established in 1996, with a vision to help create a neighborhood of vitality and grace by discovering, developing, and connecting neighbors’ skills, and resources. We believe that all people and neighborhoods have God-Given gifts and assets. Our mission is to invite residents and local institutions to act collectively to create a stronger, safer, more caring neighborhood where all people and gifts are welcome.

It is our prayer that as you peruse through this site, you will gain an insight into our many programs that we hope would inspire you to want to assist us with these endeavors. I want to personally invite you to become involved with our family here at Oakdale Neighbors through volunteering with our youth programs, assisting in our bike shop, or helping to advocate for our neighborhood residents. In whatever way you choose, we look forward to collaborating together with you to help make the Oakdale Neighborhood a stronger, safer, and more caring community.

Blessings, Rev. Kenneth W. Hoskins
Executive Director, Oakdale Neighbors
