Grand Rapids is officially the No. 1 best‑managed city in Michigan, according to WalletHub’s newly released 2026 Best‑ & Worst‑Run Cities in America report. The City also ranked 27th nationwide, continuing its strong performance in the annual operating‑efficiency study of 148 large U.S. cities.
