  • The City of Grand Rapids Office of Equity and Engagement invites you to join us for the 12th Annual Grand Rapids Neighborhood Summit this Saturday, April 25, 2026, at GRPS University, 1400 Fuller Ave NE.

     

    This free event brings together residents, community partners and organizations for a meaningful day of learning, connection and collaboration. This year’s theme, Stronger Together: Building Community through Connection, Care, and Collaboration, centers resident voice and racial equity while creating space to share resources, ideas and experiences.


    Attendees can expect:

    • Interactive workshops led by community members and local leaders 

    • Community resource tables connecting residents to services and opportunities 

    • Opportunities to build relationships and strengthen neighborhoods 

    • Free breakfast and lunch 

    • Free childcare, including a Kid Summit (ages 5 to 12)


    Interpretation services, including Spanish and ASL, will be available to support accessibility for all participants.

    We encourage you to share this opportunity with your networks, staff, neighbors and community members.
