Now returning for our 7th year of GRow1000, Summer Youth Employment Program

we are excited to introduce the following updates for GRow 1000 2026:

Hourly wages for all participants increased to $15.00 per hour

• New and innovative job placement opportunities with worksite partners in leading industries throughout the Grand Rapids area

• Paid job shadow opportunities held on-site prior to the 1^st day of work

• Pre-program interviews with supportive staff members to assist with worksite matching and career interests

• Updated weekly professional development topics and facilitators hosted each Friday throughout the 6-week program
