Little Libraries bring Sickle Cell education to Grand Rapids Parks

Good Friday morning!

The Grand Rapids African American Health Institute (GRAAHI) and the City of Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation Department will launch a new Little Libraries initiative focused on sickle cell education. The initiative brings Little Libraries with age‑appropriate sickle cell education materials to several Grand Rapids parks, offering families new opportunities to learn together through on‑site readings and community engagement.
